Avigliano’s

Avigliano’s is a high-end sparkling water business that ties tradition to modern day.

Avigliano’s Sparkling Water is inspired by the fictional life of Vito Carriero, a glassworker from Avigliano, Italy, whose love for local fruits and traditional craftsmanship shaped his work. After moving to San Francisco, he created fruit-flavored sparkling water using his handmade glass bottles to share with family and friends.

Following Vito’s passing, his family continued his legacy by turning the business into a high-end, web-based brand that blends tradition with modern design. Avigliano’s features glass bottles inspired by Vito’s craftsmanship, fruit-inspired colors, illustrated labels, and a subscription service that offers exclusive products, updates, and stories that keep Vito’s art and history alive.

For this project I created the typography that is located on the bottle labels and website, and my partner created the typography that we used for our wordmark. We both created our brand story and all of the elements attached, and created the mockups of our product.
